Boa Burlesque
Use a boa as your prop as you learn sexy burlesque dance routines. Your boyfriend and or husband will thank you for this class. Ask about our Boa Private Parties! Gather your friends for a girls night out and be sure to ask about adding our additional spa packages to this fun filled party.

 

Boogie Down Cardio
Remember those 80's moves and great music? This cardio class will bring a blast to the past in fun moves that will keep you smiling long after the class is over.

 

Boot Camp
Experience a challenging workout that will give you that feel of going through military boot camp (minus the screaming!) Full abdominal and upper/lower body callisthenic exercises in all the classic and not so classic moves that will whip you in shape fast! (note: see rates for this class).

 

Boot Camp for Dancers
Dancers are you ready to experience a challenging workout that will give you the strength to enhance your technique and endurance? If you answered yes, then this class is a must. Focus will be placed on utilizing proper form to work muscles in a manner that will improve flexibility, strength and endurance.

 

Cardio Dance
Got two left feet? No problem with Cardio Dance! This dynamic dance cardio workout delivers results and it will leave you sweating from a total body dance cardio workout that is fun for the entire family. From the latest dance moves to Disco & Latin and even the Soul Train this class will not feel like an exercise class but more like a night out dancing with your friends!

 

Cardio Hip-Hop
This hi/lo class will use fun, funky moves to get that heart pumpin! Dance to the hottest beats while burning those calories. Good for all ages and fitness levels, don't worry, no coordination or prior dance experience is needed.

 

Yoga
This class combines movement, breath and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness. This is a wonderful class to learn to benefits of Yoga while de-stressing your life.

 

Zumba
Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participant to dance their worries away! Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO' allowing the person to walk away feeing happy. This workout is great for both the body and mind.
